2026-09-13 — Theme transition surfaces unify

Light/dark no longer fades at different speeds across the page wash and header frost. Microsoft Store sits under the mobile badges.

Changes

  • Removed .dark-only gradient and box-shadow formula swaps on body glow, header frost/scrims, and frosted search. Those swaps cannot interpolate, so chrome snapped while @property tokens still eased (~250ms).

  • Registered --wordmark-f / --wordmark-t / --wordmark-n, --page-glow-mix, and --ftn-wordmark-glow-opacity on the same theme clock; light FTN under-glow fades out instead of content: none.

  • Homepage hero blob uses bg-primary/10 (token-backed) instead of a hard-coded cream vs dark: class swap.

  • Homepage download block: official store badges first (Play / App Store / Microsoft on one row); Download App + platform selector underneath.

Notes

Nabla font-palette and contrast-band mix-blend-mode still switch discretely (browser limitation). Map canvas remains exempt.
